Fill Out our Sign Up Form
As a new client, you will start by filling out our Sign Up Form below. This form is just to contact us and get paired with a pet sitter with no obligations.

We'll Reach Out
After we receive your Sign Up Form, we will contact you to find out more about your needs and pair you with the best pet sitter pawsible!
During this process you will then be set up with a free account for easy scheduling, payments, and instant messaging with our team.
We'll Get Together
Next, one of our pet sitters will come over for a
new client consultation. This is a great opportunity to ensure
we are the correct fit for your family, and that your family
is a great fit for us! *There is a $30 deposit required for a new client consultation.
Schedule Your Service
After your consultation, you will submit scheduling
requests via your online account or the mobile app, and
you will be a part of the Silver Streak Pack!
After each visit, clients receive automatic updates via our
app. These updates include the GPS tracking of our visit,
as well as any photos and notes taken.
The New Client Sign Up Process
*The deposit is credited to your first service should we decide to move forward.
We will refund your deposit if either party decides we are not the right fit – just fill out our feedback form and recieve your refund in 2-5 business days.
Deposit is forfieted if you cancel or don’t show up to your consultation.
